  1. I made the egg salad today, but instead of putting it on bread, I put it on a spinach & herb wrap. Delish!

    1. Daubenton all carbohydrates Are sugar. All carbohydrates break down to is glucose. It just takes a little longer than table sugar.
All fat is. Fat Is stored up glucose. So that’s the reality that doctors and governments won’t tell you.
So if you limit those carbs? You won’t give your body the building blocks to make fat.
Insulin stores glucose as fat. All carbohydrates raise glucose bloodsugar. Insulin Must lower that blood sugar so you don’t die.
So where does the insulin shove the glucose from the bloodstream? Into that Liver and Fat cells.
That’s how the body works. It’s very simple.

    2. Daubenton and yes eating pasta and potatoes is Exactly like eating sugar. It has the Exact same effect.
Carbohydrates break down to glucose. Glucose raises bloodsugar. Insulin kicks into effect so you don’t comatose on high sugar levels.
Insulin shoves that glucose into the liver and fat cells.

    3. Daubenton
Glucose, a simple sugar, provides energy for cell functions. After food is digested, glucose is released into the bloodstream. In response, the pancreas secretes insulin, which directs the muscle and fat cells to take in glucose. Cells obtain energy from glucose Or Convert it To Fat for long-term storage.

    4. @Daubenton BTW, Glucose is made by plants during photosynthesis.

Glucose is a Plant thing. The more plant based food you eat, the more glucose you supply for fat storage
definition: Photosynthesis refers to a set of chemicals reactions in which energy from the sun changes carbon dioxide and water into Glucose and Oxygen.

    1. “Low fat” is the biggest scam perpetrated on the Western World. That idiot, Ancel Keys, and his doctored mortality study which cherry picked results to fit his agenda and allow food distributors to sell you “low fat” trash … All in the service of capitalism.

  2. Lite Mayo😂 like ordering a bunch of fast food with a diet Coke! Regular mayonnaise isn’t going to kill ya!

    1. Only Anonymous
Now that we know glucose is the fat material… where does glucose come from? Where is it made?
      Answer 💡🌱plants
Glucose is made by plants during photosynthesis! Isn’t that funny?
Eating plants, plant based foods actually makes us fat and sick.

    2. Rachel Ngina preference! Been drinking Diet Coke so many years the regular doesn’t taste right

    1. WHOLE GRAIN, gluten-free breads are readily available. That’s what I’m going to use in place of the whole wheat bread (although whole wheat bread is still healthier than the white, refined one most people sadly consume).

    1. @Liz P. are you a dietitian? are you qualified to boss people around about the healthy diets that work for them? I doubt it. Relax, eat what works for you. Stop writing angry essays to people who didn’t ask.

    2. @Liz P. So why don’t you just admit that you do low carb because you’re lazy? Also, skipping meals is a very bad idea. It leads to glucose starvation and high GI response next time you eat. This messes with hormone regulation. Meantime, a diet high in complex carbs, high in fresh fruit and vegetables, and low in fat/protein, is best. Carbs cannot cause problems unless you fail to burn them off. You would basically have to sit on your arse all day for carbs to injure you. More importantly, the world’s thinnest societies are all heavily dependent on carbs. And the world’s fattest societies eat loads of meat and dairy. It’s a no brainer, really.

    3. Bev Crusher … you are spreading lies bev. Ignoring truth and facts…I bet you wear a face mask diaper too. Carbs / glucose are the building blocks of fat. Glucose is what insulin shoves into the liver and fat cells to get your bloodsugar under control. Glucose makes fat.
Quit denying the facts and take off that facemask that stops nothing.

    4. @Liz P. Jeez, sit down. We have the same goal here and it doesn’t just have to be keto. People with problems with their kidneys cannot go on keto. My dad who is in complete remission for 13 years (74yo now) is not eating beef, pork, and chicken at all and more on veggies and fruits and he is healthy as a horse. I have maintained a healthy weight by calorie deficit and I have stuck to it for years now without gerting miserable or isolated. Let people decide for themselves because we’re letting you decide for yourself. And your face mask ad hominem, laughable. We’re just here for the sandwiches, man.

  3. I wish there comes a day when the technology actually helps us loosing weight by just watching these videos 😁😁😁

    1. For people thinking I am lazy I workout 5-6days a week…and I love it too!! I was just saying if it was that easy🙄🙄

    1. Sean Ward – It’s because they logged the amount of spinach in the nutrition guide they post at the end of each sandwich.

  4. Eat everything, just make sure don’t eat too much and make a lot of excersise, that’s the key…

    1. RcH_94 gonna take the idea of ‘good’ out of here, but there are actually different types of sugars. sugars are basically another word for carbohydrates and carbohydrates come in a whole ton of forms. some just take longer to digest because they’re complex carbs (ie. a complicated chemical structure, a lot of bonds to break as compared to when it’s something like pure glucose where the body doesn’t have to work as hard to get it to a simple enough form to take in). digesting complex carbs takes longer so it can increase feelings of fullness because the energy is released more slowly into the bloodstream & it also burns a tiny bit more calories to digest. sometimes it also can’t be absorbed by the body because the human body doesn’t know how to break it down (ie. fiber). the carbs in fruits would be considered complex, especially if you’re eating the fruit whole & not as a juice. apart from that, fruits contain a ton of essential vitamins that might be hard to find especially when reducing calories. you’re free to make your own food choices though, just putting some facts out there

  5. Me looking at the vegetable sandwich: ugh no way
Avocado on top of the sandwich
Me: hell yeah i want that😂
