Ive been doing this for about 2-3 months! and all i have to say is if you pay attention on what you eat..and just eat healthy things then this actually works! i had a bit of a stomach before starting this but when i started my Healthy diet and these exercises every day i can rly tell the difference i can now say that im a proud owner of a 6pack! and if you want to lose body fat then jogging 3 times a week allows you to lose belly fat..alot of people dot give a crap about my comment but i just wanted to write this for people that really want to give this a go!     1. i have a pretty low body fat% so it wouldnt be hard for me to get abs but trust that ny the first week you can feel a stronger core and by your first month you should have noticeable abs

    1. I think it’s mostly skinny people that have never done more than a sit up and dont have enough muscle to do the exercise properly

    1. Andreas Filskov that’s because body fat for men collects at the lower abdomen, it’s a hotspot for it. They are there you just have a little too much body fat too see it, not necessarily a bad thing

    2. I am… I run every morning and straight after I do this entire level 1… couldn’t complete it fully the first two weeks so I was doing as much as I could… in the third week started completing it… any advise and when is it good to switch to level 2?

    1. I have being doing this workout for probably 3 year or more and it really works I can see from my part some upper abs but another difference is that I do sports like basketball,volleyball and track so I had also put some really hard work in a lot of different exercises😜❤
