    1. Whenever I do a exercise that I need to raise my left leg (hip thrust, star fish crunch..) I feel a crack like a loud sound in my left hip.

      Please should I stop those exercises that makes my left hip crack or it wouldn’t affect me negatively ?

  1. I did this 3 times a day for 12 days and I really toned my Abs like when I used to sit down a lot of flab would hang out non toned skin but now when I sit it’s just flat, I’m so impressed with this

  4. The only exercise I can’t do are the side planks. Arms are not nearly strong enough.

    1. EmpressUnderdog me too at first! You may try to focus on your ‘core ‘, ‘engage’ it and try to push your hip up in the sky don’t drop it. If you have mirror , it help a lot to correct the posture. Correct posture effects a lot.And don’t forget to breath!

  5. This actually works! I lost tummy fat and I am starting to see results, I’m only 13 years old but I do her 3-4 of her videos per day. Hard work, but all pays off in the end!!!

    1. Good job!
      Just remember to give your body enough time to rest. Training actually breaks down the muscles, and they are then rebuilt in a stronger way. Which means that you have to rest and give the muscles time to repair and rebuild themselves.

  6. I did this exercise once a day for a week, and then twice a day for a week. My stomach looks so amazing! DO THIS!! 🙂

    1. @rmaxwell1600 It’s mostly about the diet. If you eat like crap and do this, it’s unlikely you’ll see the results you want.

    1. I’ve been doing this 5 days a week since end of March, looking great. Combined with a 20min yoga video and eating kinda better, lol lost 14lbs so far
