  2. I lost 30 kg in 5 months.
    From obesity to normal weight.Full of energy.

    Cut foods :-
    1) No food eaten thats made outside my house. Cooked myself.
    80% food I ate was non fried.

    2) No packed food.No proccessed ready to eat food.
    Not even single serving.

    3) No restaurent food as already told in point 1

    4) I did no exercise , but active in day work, office , household work. Only Walking slowly.

    5) No drink of any kind accept pure water.No sugar drink etc.

    6) Now important point , I thought I had to eat less.
    But infact after doing above things , I started eating more quantity of food . In good portions .
    So no diet.

    7) I ate :- Rice , Bread ( no preservative added varient ) , mostly fresh vegetables.

    ( Poultry items like these — chicken , meat , fish , Eggs taken very few serving per month ) . That also not processed type.

    Milk or Milk based items also in small quantity like yogurt or
    Cottage cheese.

    seasonal fruits , nuts, dry fruits , cereals.

    8)Oils, Butter, cheese etc were taken in very very small quantity.

    9 ) Slept 8 hours daily,Plenty
    Of water drinking .

    10) No supplement and no medicine .

    Note :- What was good for me may not be succeesful for everyone. But just wanted to share.

I was 151 lb on March 4th and now 140 lb, today may 27th. I do high intensity workouts after school and work. It helps too.
