    1. I’ve been doing this for a month and a half now. I was 63.7 kg when I started and I’m down to 56.8. Instead of eating meat during lunch time I changed it to whole oatmeal. Be consistent with the eggs because it will make you full for longer period. Another tip I can give is that you should drink water before your meal to avoid overeating. Last but not the least combined it with exercise or yoga and don’t forget to get enough sleep at night. Update(June 5, 2020) current weight is 54.8 kg. I’ve surpassed my goal and from now on I will maintain this weight.

    3. Daniel Magaia still doing the egg diet every morning. I’m eating two egg whites and one yolk in the morning. I have 6 hrs window before my next meal. In the afternoon I’m eating the egg white with oats instead of eating it with rice. Sometimes I’m eating other food rich in protein like chicken and beef since I need to build my muscles. Keep in mind that you can have cheat day once in a week or once every two weeks. I’m 43.5 kg now and I’ll maintain it. If you need any help just let me know.

  3. the problem with “dieting” is that after the three days, you go back to your normal routine, or a modified version thereof, and gain the weight back.

  4. I’ve been eating two, organic, boiled eggs every morning for breakfast and substantially reduced my sugar intake (especially artificial) for the past 8 months and am surprised how well I can fit my old pants again. It works, people!
