Standing ab workouts are easier and don’t feel like such hard work. The lying down ones are so boring I give up quickly.

It’s good to know there’s a standing abs workout. I felt hopeless before I found out there is a way to tighten my abs without having to lay on the floor.

there’s a difference between losing belly fat and getting abs. If you want an ab workout, that will build muscle and actually make your stomach appear larger. You want a cardio workout to lose the layer of belly fat first.

I can’t do most of the ab workouts that are on the floor cause they hurt my back so this was perfect!
I have a damaged coccyx and I want to get a small waist and abs but most exercises required being on the floor and that hurt way too much
