  1. I like this. When I have to lie on the floor for an exercise, I end up daydreaming and just lying there for ages. :L

  2. I am confused.. is this a leg workout or an abs? because I felt all my body working but my abs

    1. @Jenna Grande hi! this is late but tightening your abs is like tensing your stomach, so you feel that tightness in your core, hope this helps

    2. Standing ab workouts are easier and don’t feel like such hard work. The lying down ones are so boring I give up quickly.

  3. Goog god how can they make it seem so easy. I was huffing and puffing by the end of this. So unfit..

    1. Just keep at it – it’ll get easier! I haven’t even tried this yet [just found the video], but I imagine I’m gonna be dying by the end, hah.

    1. Yes But if you hear it too much like me then it’s a sign of calcium deficiency.
      Drink plenty of milk

  5. It’s good to know there’s a standing abs workout. I felt hopeless before I found out there is a way to tighten my abs without having to lay on the floor.

    1. +Fan girl I agree fitness models usually don’t get tired as easy. the more fit u are this wouldn’t make u tired either

    1. haha i had the same problem, just kept stumbling every single im n having to get back into position.

    1. there’s a difference between losing belly fat and getting abs. If you want an ab workout, that will build muscle and actually make your stomach appear larger. You want a cardio workout to lose the layer of belly fat first.

  6. I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks. And I’ve seen such amazing results. My love handles are turning curvier and my abs are starting to shape. Just takes determination (:

  7. YES. I made it through the whole way. With pauses, breaks, gasps for air and water…but slowly and surely. I made it through.

  8. I can’t do most of the ab workouts that are on the floor cause they hurt my back so this was perfect!

    1. I have a damaged coccyx and I want to get a small waist and abs but most exercises required being on the floor and that hurt way too much
